What we collect. Information you submit through our form: name, business details, contact information, approximate processing volume, current processor (if any), your message, and any processing statement you optionally choose to attach. We ask you not to submit Social Security numbers, tax IDs or bank account numbers through this site.
How we use it. To contact you about your request, help you choose payment processing, equipment or online payment options, and prepare a quote or application for merchant services. If you choose to apply, your information may be shared with North (the registered ISO that provides merchant accounts, including Payments Hub and Payanywhere) and its sponsor banks to evaluate the application.
Calls & email. By checking the consent box you agree we may contact you by phone call and email about your request. We do not use autodialers, prerecorded messages or marketing text messages. Consent is not required to purchase. Ask us to stop at any time and we will.
Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described above or as required by law.
Security & retention. We use reasonable safeguards and keep information only as long as needed for these purposes.
